1 tbsp Coconut aminos (avoid on the Candida protocol)
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
8 lettuce leaves washed
Instructions
Heat coconut oil in large pan over medium heat. Add onions and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic, stirring frequently.
Add celery and carrots. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Then add ginger powder, turmeric, lemon juice, apple and ground pork. Let cook for 5 minutes then add coconut aminos, cilantro, basil, mint. Stir well.
When pork is fully cooked, remove from heat. Divide into lettuce leaves and serve.
