Ingredients

  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 4 slices of orange
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 scoop The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
  • 1 tsp honey *avoid if following The Myers Way® or AIP diet

Directions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil. Transfer to a bowl and add chamomile tea, ginger, 2 orange slices, and optional honey.
  2. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Stir collagen into tea and strain into two cups. Serve with additional orange slices if desired.
