    There were no book, just DVD which was disappointing. I don't have a DVD player

    A DVD, really?

    No one watches DVD's anymore. I actually don't even have a computer that will play one. Haven't watched it.

    It really would have been easier to just send a book so I could read about it.

    Great recipes

    I bought this to share with my daughter and 2 daughter-in-laws. We are all trying to go chemical free because of various health issues we all have. We are looking forward to using all the recipes. My one daughter-in-law is exceptionally excited because she hasn’t been able to find any deodorant.
