Isn’t fish oil high in mercury and other heavy metals?

How big is the softgel? Is it easy to swallow?

Complete Omega-3 comes in a 1300mg fish-gelatin softgel. It’s very smooth, and should be easy to swallow for most teenagers and adults. 

What kind of fish does the fish oil come from?

Complete Omega-3 is only sourced from pressed anchovies, sardines, and mackerel from the purest waters in the world that harbor oil-rich, cold-water fish.

Does the softgel contain any gelatin from beef or pork?

No. Complete Omega-3 comes in a fish gelatin softgel made exclusively from tilapia and/or catfish. It is completely free from any pork or beef gelatin.

    They are wonderful!

    I can tell they're pure and clean Omega 3 - they don't upset my stomach nor do I burp up fish taste and smell after taking them. Even if I take them on an empty stomach.

    Easy to swallow and it works.

    I heard that if you have small raised bumps on the back side (where your tricep is) of your arm, then this means you are lacking omega 3s. Since taking this, my skin has smoothed out. Other than that I am not sure how else to tell it is working. Other pros- easy to swallow, it is nice it is just one pill per day and there is no fishy or other aftertaste.
