Meatballs are a great addition to many dishes and can be made from ground beef, turkey, and even chicken. However, I bet you’ve never heard of superfood meatballs. My Collagen and Greens Paleo Meatballs are no ordinary meatballs. They are bursting with nutrients such as bone broth, collagen and greens.

If you’re following The Myers Way® or other elimination protocols, my meatballs pass the test. With a flavorful and nutrient-dense profile, you can serve these paleo meatballs as an appetizer at your next gathering, or on a bed of zucchini noodles for a veggie-packed dinner. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Collagen and Greens

What makes these Collagen and Greens Paleo Meatballs so spectacular? Well, one reason is that they are infused with nourishing Chicken Collagen Bone Broth. They also have the superfood powers of Organic Greens, making these a truly unique meatball recipe.

Organic Greens Powder

Most people aren’t getting the variety of nutrients they need to enjoy optimal health. Organic Greens is formulated with a blend of alkaline greens designed to support detoxification in the body. It’s made with USDA-certified organic spirulina, ginger, ashwagandha root, and many more superfood greens. This tasteful blend also provides powerful antioxidant support to keep you looking and feeling your best!

Bone Broth Meatballs

This is probably my favorite ingredient in this meatball recipe. Bone broth is famous for its healing properties. My Chicken Collagen Bone Broth contains type II collagen to support your bones, cartilage, skin, and hair. It also nourishes your gut lining, encouraging healthy digestion and overall gut health. This Keto and Paleo-friendly formulation easily dissolves in water, making it easier to improve your health than ever!

How To Make Paleo Meatballs

You’ll be amazed how quickly these paleo meatballs come together. Once you gather all your ingredients together, simply blend, roll, and bake!

Gather together your fresh vegetables and herbs and place them in a high-speed blender. Add one scoop of my Organic Greens powder and one scoop of my Chicken Collagen Bone Broth. You’ll blend this together until there are no large chunks remaining. Some basil flecks are fine as this adds dimension to the meatballs.

Next, add your ground beef. I always recommend using Certified USDA Organic, grass-fed beef. It’s much more nutritious, and the flavor profile is richer. You’ll definitely taste the difference!

Once all your ingredients are in the blender, pulse gently until you have a nicely blended mixture. You should see the vegetables and herbs mixed into the meat thoroughly. Then, spoon out enough to roll into one-inch balls.

Arrange onto a baking sheet. You won’t need to space them out very much. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, or until completely cooked.

Let the meatballs cool slightly, serve them with a side, and enjoy!

Perfect Pairings Using Organic Greens

Paleo meatballs generally go well in gluten-free pasta and other AIP friendly appetizers. They also go well with a couple of these perfect pairings.

One idea is to balance the meat flavor with a Gut-Healing Bone Broth with Organic Greens. For an added boost, simply add a scoop of my Organic Greens powder to get even more out of this recipe. My Organic Greens Margarita Juice is a refreshing way to end the week, especially when you add a scoop of Organic Greens superfood powder!
These Collagen and Greens Paleo Meatballs are in a class all their own. Unlike traditional meatballs, these include a colorful array of vegetables, herbs, and superfood greens! This is all thanks to Organic Greens, which gives any dish an extra boost of nutrition.
