Benefits of Salmon

Salmon is a nutritional powerhouse and one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids, essential for brain function, heart health, and reducing inflammation. It’s a high quality choice of protein, making it perfect for those on a Paleo-friendly diet. Additionally, salmon is rich in vitamins and minerals. This includes vitamin D, which supports bone health, immunity, and mood regulation.

With its mild, buttery flavor and flaky texture, salmon pairs beautifully with fresh greens and vibrant toppings. It’s truly the ultimate protein choice for a satisfying salad.

Cilantro Lime Dressing

A good dressing can take any salad from average to extraordinary. This creamy cilantro lime dressing does just that and compliments the baked salmon salad quite well. The dressing features avocado, fresh cilantro, and zesty lime juice, adding a creamy and refreshing contrast to the crisp greens and vegetables. Plus, the combination of cumin enhances the flavors while providing digestive health benefits.

But the real differentiator is adding Vitamin D3 and K2 Liquid.

Why Add Vitamin D3 and K2 Liquid?

While salmon is naturally high in vitamin D, adding a dose of AMMD™ Vitamin D3 and K2 Liquid to the dressing provides an extra boost for bone health and immune support. Vitamin K2 works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to ensure calcium is properly absorbed and directed to the bones rather than soft tissues. This means that not only is this salad delicious, but it also supports your overall wellness and longevity.
