A Prebiotic Fiber Supplement To Support Gut Health†
Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ is the perfect fiber blend for maintaining your optimal gut health, digestion, and regular bowl patterns. Very few of us get the amount of fiber and prebiotics we need to maintain our optimal digestive health. Even if you are already taking a fiber supplement, if it is not a physician-formulated blend, then it is likely insufficient for meeting your digestive health needs. That is why I created my Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ formula packed with multiple types of fiber and prebiotics to help you achieve your optimal digestive health.†
The Benefits of Baobab and Inulin Fiber In A Supplement
Fibriss™ does so much more than other insoluble fibers. Derived from “the tree of life” in Africa, this 3-in-1 Baobab fiber blend is the perfect source of fiber, vitamin C, and calcium, and also functions as a prebiotic. Plus, as an insoluble fiber, it is essential for supporting digestion and regular bowel patterns by making your movements easier to pass with less strain on your bowels.†
Inulin is the perfect soluble fiber to fit into your diet. Derived from Artichoke fiber, Inulin is a soluble fiber. This means that it attracts water into your digestive tract promoting healthy bowel movements. It also supports heart health by supporting healthy cholesterol levels and plays a role in helping to support healthy blood sugar levels.†
Fibregum™ Prebiotic Supplement for Gut Health†
Fibregum™ supports the bacteria that support you. Fibregum™ is an organic, plant-based soluble dietary fiber extracted from gum acacia. Fibregum™ acts as a prebiotic for many beneficial strains of bacteria in your digestive tract which improves digestion and strengthens your body’s natural immune response. It also helps the body to absorb and trap unwanted substances, so that they can be safely eliminated from your body.†
Green Banana flour is Abundant in Resistant Starch†
Organic Green Banana Flour is one seriously nutritious fiber. Resistant starch is renowned for its ability to resist digestion in the small intestine, allowing it to reach the colon intact. In the colon, it serves as food for beneficial bacteria, promoting gut health and digestion.†

FAQ’s
What time of day should I take Prebiotic Fiber Complete™? Should I take it with or without food? I find that my Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ works best when taken 30-60 minutes before a meal. This will help you feel more sated and help to curb hunger cravings, while also helping you remember to take it. If you find it too hard to take the full dosage at once, you can split it up between meals.
Is Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ appropriate for children? Because Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ adds bulk to the stool, the suggested dose may be too much for children under the age of 12. If you’d like to use my Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ supplement with your children, I always recommend speaking with your child’s healthcare provider to decide what dose would be best for them.
Is Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ right for pregnant women and nursing mothers? Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should be aware that Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ can suppress the appetite which may not be the best idea when pregnant or breastfeeding as these women often need all the nutrition they can get. I recommend speaking with your qualified healthcare practitioner before supplementing with my Prebiotic Fiber Complete™ if you are pregnant or nursing.
