    Easy to swallow and seems to work well

    It's been hit or miss for me with supplements addressing Hashimoto's (and perimenopause). I think I'm finally on the right track.     Never leave home without this

    I was diagnosed years ago with MCS ( multiple chemical sensitivity). It started by only not liking all the scented products that are now ubiquitous or just having a mild headache or burning eyes. Now I’m uber sensitive and can go into a full blown neurological reaction which includes tight chest, brain fog and inability to speak without stuttering. After plenty of research and eventually cancer I learned 2 important things 1) the word FRAGRANCE is not regulated by the FDA and can contain loads of harmful toxins and even carcinogenic chemicals 2) this is more common than you would think and there is a test that can be done to determine whether you have a genetic mutation that affects your methylation ability.

    If I’m home in my non frangrance home I can take 1 of these a day. At work or out where everything is scented ( people wearing scented body washes, shampoos, lotions, colognes, spraying Lysol, plugging g in their scented candle warmers, bathrooms with spray fresheners…) I can take over 10 per day just to function. I still struggle but I have managed to keep a job. This is a lifesaving product for me.

    The Jury is Still Out

    I've been taking Methylation Support for quite a while now and I imagine that it's doing good things for me internally. However, any effects aren't felt or noticed in any way, which is why I am giving 4/5 stars. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and this seems to be a good product.
