This product can be helpful with heavy/painful periods while you’re on it, but beware the second you lower your dose, you will experience an onset of symptoms you’ve never had before- acne, inflamed face, heartburn, GI pain, constipation, horrible periods, endometriosis worsens (throughout the month), dry eye, insomnia to name a few. I’ve chosen to back off Estroprotect because it metabolized way too much of all my hormones, leaving me with depleted testosterone, estrogen and progesterone and hair shedding. I’ve had to reduce my dose a half capsule at a time after a fainting spell from dropping my dose too quickly. This has been the hardest experience. Way worse than coming off birth control after 17 years. If you get on this, I would suggest committing for life. This has truly been a battle all year long.

I have only been taking this a couple weeks and this is the first month I got to 28 days in my cycle. Before I was every 18-21 days, which I did not enjoy. I don’t know what else it’s doing. But, I know my body seems to like it and I’m extremely sensitive.
I have been taking EstroProtect for at least 6 months now, and can tell a huge difference in my menstrual cycle. My PMS symptoms have greatly decreased. I'm in perimenopause and things were getting crazy! I feel much more balanced with EstroProtect.
I've been taking this for a while now. Seems to be working well with hot flashes, they are very subtle now and do not happen as often. Personally, I think it's best to take before bed versus first thing in the morning.
