How do I access my account?

Log in to your account on the top right-hand side of our website. Or Click Here

How do I edit my subscription?

Once logged in, click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' button on the left-hand side of the web page. You will then be brought to a page where you will see all of your subscription items listed and options to edit and change your subscription.

How do I delay or skip my subscription shipment?

You will receive order reminders before every shipment, on that email you can utilize options to skip or delay shipment. To skip or delay your subscription from the subscription manager, the instructions are below.

To Skip an Order:

The Skip Order button is on the far, top right of the web page.

Selecting the Skip Order button will postpone your next subscription order for one shipment based on the item's current renewal frequency. 

To Delay an Order: 

If you do not need to skip an order for the full timeframe or you need longer before your next order than the timeframe provided,  select Delay Subscription.  

A pop-up Pause Subscription box will appear. Select the date you would like to change your next shipment to in from the calendar in the date field.  Select confirm and your shipment date will be updated to the date selected.

How can I have all my orders ship together in one package?

The best way to ensure that all of your subscription items ship out at the same time is to place all of the items in one order. If you decide to add additional items to your subscription at a later date, you can adjust the frequency and date to match those of your existing subscriptions. 

Please note: Items that are set to different frequencies (i.e. 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.) may cause each item to ship separately. The only way to ensure that all of your items are shipped together is to set them to the same date and same frequency each month. 

Additionally, subscriptions that use alternate forms of payment cannot be combined into one shipment. The payment information will need to be consistent across all subscription items before the subscriptions can be combined into one shipment. 

Customer Success is not able to place first-time orders for new subscription items. Once you have completed the first order of your new subscription item, Customer Success can adjust the frequency and processing dates for those items. 

Can I add a one-time purchase of an item to my next S&S order?

The best way to ensure that all of your subscription items ship out at the same time is to place all of the items in one order. If you decide to add additional items to your subscription at a later date, you can adjust the frequency and date to match those of your existing subscriptions.

Can I swap out a different flavor?

You can change the flavor or variety of some supplements without having to Cancel a subscription or start a new Subscription at checkout! 

First, log in to your account and navigate to "Manage Your Subscriptions" just like usual. 

Once you've navigated to your subscription page you will see all of the items you have on Subscription. If you can change a product, such as a Flavor or variety, then the "Change Product" option can be found under the product name!

 Once you click "Change Product", a smaller dialogue box will open. This box will show the flavors available to change to for this item. Select the product or flavor you want to change to and click confirm! 

Once you select confirm you will see that your subscription has been updated with the new flavor or item! 

Please note that not every supplement will have a change option as this usually only applies within the same line or flavoring, such as the probiotic example above, or, supplements such as our Paleo Protein products!
